• Green River
The dry fly fishing has been great! Cicadas and ants are working well. Try nymphing with black or red zebra midges, juju's, sows and san juans worms. The flows have been fluctuating between about 900 to 1700 CFS.
• Middle Provo
The Middle has been fishing well. We are starting to see more Green Drakes out. PMD's and Caddis are still around and have been consistently picking up fish. Try a double nymph rig with a drake or stonefly nymph as an attractor and a PMD emerger or a Caddis pupa.
• Lower Provo
Nymph fishing has been most productive, sow bugs, caddis, and PMD's should all be working well. You might find a mid afternoon or late evening caddis or PMD hatch and be able to fish some dries.
• Strawberry Reservoir
The fish out suspended over around 35 to 40 feet of water. Trolling with frog colored flat fish, or rainbow Lucky Craft/ Rapala lures. If you're fishing from the shore try garlic scented powerbait, or a black brown or white streamer with the fly rod. We have been getting reports that the Kokanee have been hitting on pink jakes spin-a-lures. The Crawdads are in the shallows as well, try a raw chicken leg in a Crawdad trap or just tie it to a string and use nets.
• Weber River
The flows are up and the fishing has been good, stoneflys, PMD's, caddis and other attractor type patterns are all good options at this time.
• Utah Lake
We have been getting good reports from people fishing for the catfish. Catfishing tends to be most productive in the evening to night time hours. The smellier the bait the better for catfish.
• Deer Creek
Fishing has been decent for bass as well as trout. the bass are in the shallows so try Senkos, or curly tailed grubs have been working well. Trolling for trout has been the most productive with pop gear and a worm or flat fish.

Friday June 7th 2013 Utah Fishing Report
• Strawberry Reservoir
The fish are suspended in 15 feet down in depths of 35 to 40 feet of water. Use black, brown or white streamer paterns for flies, and try Lucky Craft Pointer 78's DD model in ghost minnow, ghost rainbow, or the lazer rainbow colors.
• Lower Provo
The flows are down and fishable, tie on sow bugs, baetis nymphs, san juan worms and caddis.The P.M.D.'s (pale morning dun) shoulod be right around the corner so brind some rust colored nymphs as well.
• Middle Provo
Nymphing has been producing the most fish on the Middle. The flies to throw are either caddis, baetis, stoneflys, san juans worms, or attractor fly's. Look for some caddis dry fly action in the late evening as the sun is beginning to go down.
• Scofield Reservoir
Scofield has been fishing well, mostly smaller fish with a few bigger ones occasionally. Black or brown flies have been popular or dark colored lures. As we progress more and more into the summer we will see the fish move out to deeper water.
• Green River
Very High flows, in the neighborhood of 5700 CFS (cubic feet per second). Juju baetis, and zebra midges have been fishing well. We are also hearing good reports about cicadas and ants producing fish. If you are headed to the A section bring blue winged olives as well.
• Weber River
Stoneflys, sow bugs, baeits, and caddis are all fishing well. The fish are beginning to get more aggressive and the flows are also pretty good so now is a good time to head up and get fishing.
• Deer Creek
The fishing reports have been good from Deer Creek, the best locations have been west of the island. Use jakes-spin-a-lures, flatfish, or troll pop gear and a worm.
